- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I arrived to my app EARLY. I filled out my paperwork and the receptionist had to call my insurance company (HER JOB) to verify benefits. After the app was setup wrong (problem visit instead of annual) I asked her to set it up as a free annual. She could not, I understood. Then I asked to rescheduled, only app available was 1 month later. Then I agreed to pay fee ($100) even though it should have been free, only for her to say YOUR APP IS PAST, YOU CANNOT SEE THE DOCTOR!. I used PTO from work, gas and time! I would not EVER go back or recommend anyone there.May 22, 2017by Christa Turner
